2024 we have closed over 27 properties using this system! There are many reasons buyers won’t qualify for “conventional” loans that the mortgage industry is known for. Maybe it's a poor credit score or self employment that does not show enough income. Sometimes it may be the property itself that doesn't qualify for a conventional mortgage.
